Ashley Dennard, MA

Ashley (she/her) holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Bio-Medical Science, and is currently pursuing her PhD in Community Psychology. With a deep curiosity about people’s inner worlds, Ashley has always been passionate about helping others feel seen, heard, and supported. She was drawn to this work by witnessing the powerful impact of simply being present for someone—and she strives to be that consistent, safe space for her clients.

Ashley brings a warm, grounded, and collaborative energy to her work, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, narrative work, and strengths-based approaches. She’s especially passionate about supporting young people navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, and life transitions, helping them build emotional insight, confidence, and meaningful tools for growth.

What drew Ashley to Wonder was the way it reimagines traditional mental health care. She loves stepping outside the office and into real-world spaces—whether it’s walking and talking at a park, jumping around at a trampoline center, or even bonding over a thrifting trip. These shared experiences make it easier to connect and build trust in ways that feel natural and empowering.

Ashley connects deeply with her clients by meeting them where they are, both emotionally and literally. She draws from her own lived experiences to normalize challenges and uses pop culture references and current trends to keep things relevant and relatable. While she’s calm and compassionate, she also believes in the power of humor and ease—knowing that some of the most meaningful breakthroughs come from simply feeling comfortable being yourself.

Outside of her work and studies, Ashley enjoys relaxing with her dog, Chief, spending time with friends and family, cooking and baking, and discovering new restaurants. She’s a big believer in keeping joy, balance, and authenticity at the heart of everything she does.

Ashley is committed to showing up with empathy, consistency, and realness—for her clients and their families alike.
