Ashlyn Dell

Director of Operations & Engagement

Ashlyn is a Central Georgia native with a passion for community engagement and holistic well-being. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Georgia State University. Ashlyn has a solid background in community outreach and loves finding ways to connect with and support others. During college, she interned with Susan G. Komen, where she got hands-on experience in operations, event planning, and outreach. Before Wonder, she worked with a small nonprofit in Atlanta, contributing to marketing, program development and community engagement to make a real impact.

Ashlyn previously served as an Admissions Counselor at Wonder, where she helped guide families through the intake process with care and dedication. Now, she is excited to return to the team as Director of Operations and Engagement, bringing her enthusiasm for systems and communication to further support Wonder’s mission.

Ashlyn enjoys spending time on the water at the lake, sewing, making pottery, and making memories with her pup, her boyfriend, and friends and family.
