Brendan Igoe, MS

Originally from the suburbs north of Chicago, Brendan Igoe received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Elon University in 2011, and his master’s in Child, Family, and School Psychology from the University of Denver in 2016.

He has spent years supporting students and their families in a variety of settings, including working as a restorative justice coordinator in Denver Public Schools, and as a behavior interventionist in Wilmette Public Schools.

Brendan’s time in education has led to collaboration with learning behavior specialists, occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, social workers and school psychologists, working to create and implement individualized support plans for students with behavioral, academic, social and emotional needs.

His work in behavior modification focuses on helping an individual to understand the motivation behind their behaviors, to develop more healthy or sustainable behavioral options that fit their life and skill set. Brendan works hard to meet his clients wherever they might be in their journey, and strives to be flexible, accountable, and understanding. In his free time Brendan loves playing ice hockey, riding his mountain bike, and spending time outdoors and on the lake with his family.
