Camille Woodward, MS
Camille (she/her/hers) holds a Master’s degree in Psychological Sciences with a Clinical Concentration and is currently completing an additional program to gain licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT). Her passion for becoming a therapist began as a teenager, driven by her desire to help people live their lives to the fullest and break cycles that hold them back.
Camille is committed to meeting clients where they are, both mentally and in environments that make them feel comfortable. She finds that incorporating experiential activities into sessions and exploring the community can be highly beneficial. This unique combination is what drew her to Wonder, where she’s proud to offer services that many clients have not experienced before.
Her therapeutic practice combines collaborative and experiential techniques to best serve her clients. Camille’s approach is nonjudgmental, leading with curiosity to create a safe space where clients feel understood and supported. She values flexibility, tailoring her methods to fit each client’s unique needs and encouraging feedback to ensure effective collaboration.
Passionate about helping clients work through past trauma and process current patterns in their lives, Camille approaches her work as a supportive mental health provider who guides clients in finding their own answers. She enjoys incorporating clients’ interests, hobbies, and passions into therapy to enhance engagement and make the process more enjoyable.
Camille’s most memorable experiential activities with clients have included art projects, walks in the park, visits to local aquariums, botanical gardens, zoos, and butterfly pavilions. These activities help clients connect to the work in personalized and impactful ways.
In her personal life, Camille’s hobbies revolve around art and the outdoors. She enjoys gardening, photography, leather-working, sewing, crocheting, embroidering, drawing, painting, and silversmithing—often paired with listening to music and spending time with her rescue Pomeranians. She practices mindfulness and being present, embodying the same principles she encourages in her clients. Camille is always happy to answer questions and share more about her experience in the field.
