Casey (she/her) brings a wealth of experience to the mental health and wellness field. With over two decades of experience, she has supported teens, young adults, and parents through a dynamic, relational, and integrative approach. Her qualifications include a Master of Arts in Consciousness Studies focused on Counseling, National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBHWC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a certified psychotherapist. She also holds many certifications in mindfulness instruction and advanced yoga teaching (E-RYT 500, RCYT).
At the heart of Casey's work is a deep belief in helping individuals and families feel seen, safe, and empowered. Her approach, rooted in family systems theory, mindfulness, somatic practices, and evidence-based modalities, has consistently led to positive transformations in her clients. She brings a calm, grounded presence to her sessions, meeting clients where they are with curiosity, creativity, and kindness—whether that's through playful movement, coaching conversations, or walking in nature. Her work has improved emotional regulation, successful life transitions, and better school-related experiences for her clients.
Casey's professional journey includes care management and coaching at Jefferson Center for Mental Health, where she provided field-based support to adolescents and families navigating emotional regulation, life transitions, and school-related challenges. She founded Kids Yoga Guide, a long-standing program that blends yoga, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning for children and families.

Overcoming childhood trauma has given her a unique understanding of recovery, resilience, and the power of transformation. This personal experience has deeply influenced her professional expertise, making her exceptionally skilled in supporting families navigating ADHD, identity exploration, emotional dysregulation, and communication challenges. As a coach at Wonder, a leading mental health and wellness organization, Casey is actively involved in the field, contributing to developing innovative approaches. She loves the integrative, activity-based model at Wonder, which reflects her coaching style—balancing various practices with creativity, movement, and compassion. Outside of her professional life, Casey has a daughter in college, is a nature lover, and is an adventurer at heart. She enjoys snowboarding, rollerblading, hiking, walking dogs, and pet sitting.
