Casey Neth, MS

Casey (she/her) is an Integrative Wellness Coach and mind-body medicine practitioner who brings deep compassion, curiosity, and presence to her work with teens, young adults, and families. She holds a Master’s degree in Mind-Body Medicine from Saybrook University and is a certified Integrative Wellness Coach through a program recognized by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC). Casey is also certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) through UMass Memorial Health and has completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Mind-Body Medicine at Saybrook, with an expected completion in 2026.

Over the past several years, Casey has supported clients through life transitions, anxiety, identity exploration, and emotional overwhelm. Her experience includes teaching mindfulness and stress reduction to pre-teens and adolescents, offering emotional support to parents navigating shifting identities, and helping families strengthen communication and connection. Her integrative approach draws from mindfulness-based techniques, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, motivational interviewing, inner child work, and strengths-based coaching—grounded in mind-body science and always tailored to meet each client where they are.

Casey was drawn to the mental health field through her own journey navigating anxiety and depression. Having experienced the transformative power of compassionate, integrative care, she is passionate about creating safe, nonjudgmental spaces where others can heal, rediscover their strengths, and build lives rooted in authenticity and resilience. She brings a calm, grounded presence to her work, helping young people feel empowered and supported while collaborating closely with families and the broader care team.

Casey’s specialties include supporting clients with anxiety, life transitions, identity development, and emotional regulation. She is particularly passionate about helping teens, young adults, and parents cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and inner trust through mindfulness and integrative wellness practices. Currently completing SMART (Self-Management and Recovery Training) certification through Harvard Medical School, she continues to expand her toolkit to guide clients through self-directed change with empathy and structure.

Outside of her work, Casey lives just south of San Francisco in a coastal town with her two rescue dogs, Louie and Norman, and two cats, Baxter and Oscar. She is recently engaged and enjoys attending live music shows, practicing yoga, lifting weights, and cheering on the San Francisco Giants. Above all, Casey approaches every individual and family with empathy, patience, and unwavering respect—walking alongside them with warmth and attunement as they navigate life’s challenges and embrace growth together.
