Hannah Phillips, NBC-HWC

Hannah is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a background in behavioral change, health coaching, and family support. She studied Behavioral Change at the University of Central Lancashire and completed postgraduate coursework in Health Coaching at the University of Lancaster before returning to the United States to earn her National Board Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching.

Throughout her career, Hannah has worked alongside adolescents, young adults, and families to create meaningful, lasting change in their daily lives. Her experience includes supporting executive functioning, healthy habit development, behavioral change, life skills, substance use recovery, and family dynamics. She has also worked within adolescent and young adult mental health treatment, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary clinical teams to help clients apply therapeutic concepts in practical, everyday ways.

Hannah's coaching philosophy is rooted in unconditional positive regard. She believes every individual deserves to feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. By using motivational interviewing, strengths-based coaching, mindfulness, cognitive reframing, role-playing, the GROW Model, and decisional balance techniques, she helps clients identify their goals, build confidence, and develop realistic strategies that support lasting growth. She is also experienced working alongside treatment approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based interventions, polyvagal theory, and equine-assisted therapy, helping clients translate these concepts into meaningful action.

Hannah particularly enjoys supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and substance use challenges. She approaches each relationship with curiosity, humility, and a genuine desire to understand each person's unique experiences, believing that clients are the experts in their own lives while she serves as a collaborative guide.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family, hosting gatherings, attending live music and festivals, dancing with her family, exploring new cities, and spending time outdoors. Whether visiting the mountains, the ocean, or a quiet lake, she finds joy in experiences that inspire connection, perspective, and adventure.

Hannah is passionate about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where young people and families feel seen, empowered, and equipped to move forward together. She believes meaningful change begins with feeling understood, and she is honored to walk alongside clients as they build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
