Helaine brings over 17 years of experience supporting therapeutic programs and guiding families through moments of uncertainty with empathy, clarity, and steady care. She is passionate about helping adolescents, young adults, and their families access the transformative support Wonder provides, ensuring every family feels welcomed, understood, and supported from their very first connection.

Known for her warmth and ability to build authentic, trusting relationships, Helaine excels in connecting with parents, clinical partners, and community professionals while clearly communicating Wonder’s approach. She is dedicated to making the admissions process transparent, hopeful, and grounded in compassion.

As she steps into this leadership role, Helaine will be partnering closely with Wonder’s Founder, Dave Herz, who will continue to provide the trusted support families expect throughout the admissions process. Together, they will ensure a seamless, relational, and deeply informed experience for every family exploring services with Wonder.

Outside of work, Helaine cherishes time with her husband, two adult daughters, son-in-law, and the joy of being a grandmother to her beautiful granddaughter. She loves baking for the people she cares about and maintains her own well-being through a dedicated Pilates practice. At home, she is happily surrounded by her two beloved basset hounds, Phoebe and Larry.
