Jade Graver, MSW

Jade (she/her) holds a Bachelor of Arts in Africana Studies from George Washington University and a Master of Social Work with a Clinical (Micro-Practice) Specialization from The University of Georgia. She is also trained in Crisis Intervention (CIT), Behavioral Health Disorders Engagement and Referral, and Sexual Abuse Prevention through Safe Shores, and will sit for her LMSW exam in July 2025.

Jade brings a wide-ranging clinical background to her work with teens, young adults, and families—spanning private practice with high-capacity professionals to community-based care supporting clients navigating homelessness, addiction recovery, trauma, and family systems in crisis. Her experience includes outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization programs (PHP), clinical case management, child welfare systems, and group facilitation. Whether someone is facing challenges that are loud and visible or quietly masked behind high performance, Jade meets them with presence, practicality, and deep respect for their inner world.

Jade draws from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and family systems theory to help clients build emotional fluency, rework unhelpful patterns, and move through life with greater clarity and agency. She is especially passionate about working with teens and young adults navigating identity, emotional overwhelm, ADHD, and complex family dynamics. Her approach blends structure and softness, with a focus on real-life connection, creative exploration, and values-based action.

Jade was drawn to this work through her own lived experience, existential curiosity, and a deep belief that life is too short to stay disconnected from yourself. She values Wonder’s relational and dynamic approach to care and is committed to creating authentic, trusting relationships where young people feel seen, heard, and empowered. Jade knows that meaningful change happens through trust and shared space—not through sterile interventions or rigid labels.

Outside of her work, Jade is a passionate creative who writes and raps to stay grounded and process life. She also enjoys exploring mental health, spirituality, identity, and relationships. She lives with her cat, Cairo, and loves music, coffee, matcha, long walks, astrology, and warm summer days. Jade brings grounded honesty, curiosity, and care to every space she enters—helping clients return to themselves and move forward with greater self-understanding and resilience.
