He prioritizes building rapport, trust, and psychological safety while offering practical guidance and positive modeling. His work focuses on fostering resilience, self-awareness, and intentional decision-making, supporting individuals as they develop empathy, values, and confidence.

Outside of his professional work, Jarrett is a devoted cat parent to Calvin and Winnie. He is an avid photographer, basketball fan, and lover of art and cinema, with a deep passion for exploration. Above all, Jarrett is driven by a genuine desire to help people feel better, live more intentionally, and grow into kind, caring, and resilient individuals.
