Jeannie Morrison, LPC

Jeannie is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a deep commitment to building meaningful, healing relationships. Her journey into the mental health field began during graduate school, where she completed a practicum at a center for young adults with disabilities. There, she discovered the power of connection—creating space for individuals to feel heard, seen, and supported—and knew this was the work she wanted to pursue.

At Wonder, Jeannie serves as both the Clinical Director for the Colorado team and the Regional Director for San Francisco and San Diego. In addition to working one-on-one with clients, she supports coaches and staff in navigating clinical challenges and embracing Wonder’s collaborative, experiential approach. Whether it's joining a client for a climbing session at the gym, practicing grounding techniques with a parent, or leading a family meeting focused on reconnection, Jeannie believes in meeting clients where they are and using movement, creativity, and presence to foster transformation.

Jeannie often incorporates mindfulness and somatic practices into her work, helping clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and build emotional resilience. She’s passionate about empowering individuals to trust themselves and the skills they’re learning—celebrating moments when they begin using those tools independently and with confidence.

A strong believer in slowing down and honoring each client’s pace, Jeannie works hard to hold safe space for emotional processing, both for the families she supports and the team she leads. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, playing guitar, crafting, and relaxing with her dog and crested gecko.
