Leah Lancaster
Leah (she/her) is a warm and dedicated professional who is passionate about building relationships and supporting children and young people facing moderate to severe anxiety, OCD, depression, and co-occurring diagnoses. She works closely with caregivers to empower families, creating an environment of collaboration and meaningful progress.
With a career spanning education, non-profit leadership, and mental health coaching, Leah has consistently focused on helping individuals thrive. She began her journey supporting elementary-aged students with exceptional needs and later directed programs for adults with special needs transitioning into adulthood. These experiences shaped her commitment to creating tailored, strengths-based solutions that address each client’s unique challenges.
Leah integrates evidence-based techniques such as CBT, ACT, ERP, and mindfulness into her practice, along with creative methods like journaling, music, and art. She believes in meeting clients where they are, helping them connect with their values and take actionable steps toward growth. Her expertise includes depression, ADHD, neurodivergence, and body image issues, and she brings warmth, candor, and reliability to every interaction.
Passionate about holistic care, Leah values the evolution of family systems as a cornerstone of healing. She recognizes the dedication of caregivers in committing to their own growth alongside their children and works to strengthen these relationships as part of the therapeutic process.
Outside of work, Leah enjoys hiking, traveling, live music, and spending time with friends and family. She cherishes time outdoors, particularly in Maine, and at home with her rescue dog, Willems. Creative, passionate, and inspired by connection, Leah is committed to making a lasting impact in the lives of young people and their families.
