Molly (she/her/hers) holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, a Master’s in Conflict Resolution & Mediation, and is a Certified CBT Life Coach. Her passion for helping individuals overcome life’s challenges inspired her to enter the mental health field. Witnessing barriers to mental health care fueled her desire to empower clients to navigate and thrive in their mental health journeys.
Molly appreciates Wonder’s family-centered, holistic approach that integrates individual and family therapy with parent coaching. She uses a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Techniques, and Motivational Interviewing to build self-awareness, promote practical coping skills, and set achievable goals. Emphasizing empathy and resilience, Molly’s background in conflict resolution helps clients work through challenges collaboratively.
Specializing in managing anxiety and conflict resolution, Molly ensures clients feel safe as they address past experiences impacting their present. She focuses on strength-based techniques to foster confidence and resilience and enjoys supporting families in creating healthier environments for lasting wellness.
With young adults, Molly’s strengths-based approach enhances resilience, self-awareness, and emotional management. She creates a nonjudgmental space for exploring goals and developing coping strategies. Experiential activities such as art-based vision boards, mindfulness exercises, nature walks, and yoga help clients connect with their emotions and reinforce skills.
In her free time, Molly enjoys exploring Chicago and Michigan, running along the lakefront, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. Adaptable and always up for a challenge, Molly brings enthusiasm and resilience to her work and life.
