Morgan Malech
Morgan (she/her) is a compassionate and dedicated professional with a passion for supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments. Originally from San Diego, California, she now calls Fort Collins, Colorado, home. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Northern Arizona University, with minors in sociology and psychology, providing a strong foundation for her work in crisis intervention and family support.
Morgan’s experience includes serving as a crisis hotline counselor, a crisis responder for a fire department, and a support specialist in intensive care units—helping families navigate the emotional complexities of organ donation. Across these roles, she has developed a deep ability to offer comfort, education, and advocacy when it’s needed most.
She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is enrolled in a health & wellness coaching program. Additionally, Morgan is working toward her 500-hour Pilates teaching certification, reflecting her holistic approach to well-being.
As Admissions Director, Morgan brings empathy, expertise, and a strong commitment to making a meaningful impact. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, practicing Pilates, baking, collecting vinyl records, and spending time with her loved ones—including her beloved pet rabbit, Otis.
