Rachael Dadbin (She/Her), LMFT is passionate about helping individuals and families create meaningful, lasting change by meeting them exactly where they are. She earned her Master of Arts in Psychology and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with additional credentials in School Counseling and Child Welfare & Attendance. Rachael has completed EMDRIA-approved Basic EMDR training, is a Grief and Loss Specialist, and has specialized training in substance use and addiction. Throughout her career, she has worked in clinics, schools, private practice, and treatment centers, providing care both in person and virtually.
Inspired by her own positive experience with therapy, Rachael believes everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to explore life's challenges. Her coaching and clinical approach is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in a family systems perspective. She integrates evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Humanistic and Gestalt therapies, and strength-based approaches to help clients build resilience, develop practical skills, and move confidently toward their goals.
Rachael enjoys working with individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, grief and loss, depression, life transitions, educational and career stress, women's issues, parenting, and family relationships. She has a special passion for supporting young adults as they build confidence and direction, while also helping parents strengthen emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, and family connection. She believes that creating a trusting, nonjudgmental relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and lasting change.
Outside of work, Rachael lives in Los Angeles with her daughter and enjoys reading, cooking, swimming, staying active, and spending time with family and friends. She and her family are deeply involved in their Jewish community and observe a weekly Sabbath by unplugging from technology to focus on faith, loved ones, nature, and creating meaningful memories together. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients and families as they heal, grow, and build the lives they envision.
