Ryan Nash, BA
Ryan (he/him) brings a grounded, creative, and relational approach to his work with young people and families. With a B.A. in Psychology and Wisdom Traditions from Naropa University, Ryan is also a professionally certified mindfulness meditation teacher (MMTCP) and an active participant in Aletheia’s Advanced Integrative Coaching program. His diverse background includes roles as a mindfulness teacher, executive functioning coach, therapeutic mentor, and integrative coach—each centered on supporting clients in deepening self-awareness, strengthening resilience, and living with greater authenticity.
Ryan specializes in working with teens and young adults through practices like Parts Work (IFS), somatic embodiment, and attachment-informed support. He emphasizes presence, non-judgment, and attunement, helping clients reconnect with their inner wholeness while navigating life’s challenges. Whether working on emotional regulation, identity development, or family connection, Ryan uses the relationship itself as a foundation for growth—meeting each person with genuine curiosity, humor, and care.
Drawn to Wonder’s emphasis on relational, human-centered support, Ryan sees his role not as someone who “fixes problems” but as a collaborative partner in each client’s unfolding. He brings a poetic lens to his work, encouraging creativity, mindfulness, movement, and meaningful self-expression. Outside of coaching, Ryan is a creator at heart—you’ll often find him writing, making music and short films, exploring nature, or engaging with new cultures and art forms.
