Willow Rubin, LMFT, LPC

Clinical Director | Founder

Willow has spent more than two decades working in the mental health field, with a passion for building strong therapeutic teams and guiding families toward lasting, meaningful change. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California, holding a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy.

Willow’s journey began in 1999 at Boulder County Mental Health, where she developed her leadership style and clinical foundation in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and strength-based modalities. It was also there that she discovered her deep belief in the power of community connection as a core part of healing—a belief that continues to shape her work today.

In 2007, Willow joined Vive Family Support Program, where she blended her love of team collaboration, community-based support, and direct care. As the Founder and Clinical Director of Wonder, she brings that same energy to her work every day, championing a holistic, relational approach and holding the vision that with the right support, all families have the capacity to grow, shift patterns, and heal.

When she's not supporting the Wonder team or working with families, Willow enjoys spending time with her own family. A lifelong music lover and Los Angeles native, she’ll always root for her beloved Dodgers.
